Mark Matossian

Dr. Mark Matossian has a unique background in aerospace and the fusion of the Cloud and space.  He has worked on 10+ satellite constellation ventures in telecom, optical imaging and synthetic aperture radar (SAR). Mark also led advanced projects at Google for 13 years, developing mobile payments, audio/video streaming and space imaging, and creating what is known today as the Cloud.  Post-Google, Mark opened the DOD/IC market for ICEYE, the leader in New Space SAR satellites, where he served as the CEO and President of ICEYE US.  Mark holds a BA (Russian Studies) and a BSE & MSE (Aerospace Engineering) from the University of Michigan, and a MS & PhD (Aerospace Engineering) from the University of Colorado.  He also completed studies and research in Russia, Japan and the International Space University at MIT.
