Eric Swank

Eric Swank is an accomplished corporate finance executive with experience in the telecom, satellite and wireless technology industries.  Eric was involved in the early planning and incubation of XM Satellite Radio and later creation of Mobile Satellite Ventures (MSV) by merging US and Canadian (Telesat) mobile satellite businesses.  As MSV CFO, he helped structure the spin-off of TerreStar Networks; oversaw major procurements; closed over $1.4Bn in funding; and led his finance team in the transition from private to public company as Skyterra Networks.  Eric later served as CFO for GTT, and for NextNav a wireless location technology venture.  He launched his own consulting firm in 2018 to help small companies plan, prepare and execute transactions.  Over his 35-year career, Eric has helped close roughly $4Bn of M&A and fundraising deals, from seed/venture rounds to public debt and equity.
