Craig Moll

Craig L. Moll brings over 30 years of experience in the global space industry, with a diverse background that spans satellite operations, manufacturing, consulting, regulation, and service provision. He is the Founder and President of Pathfinder Space Advisors, a consulting firm that supports emerging space companies in entering new markets. Pathfinder offers outsourced business development services, including pipeline creation, market analysis, entry strategies, contract negotiation, and customer-facing representation. This enables companies to explore new opportunities without the commitment of full-time staffing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Moll has held leadership roles across the commercial space sector. At SpaceLink, he served as Vice President of Commercial Business Development, helping define pricing and market positioning for optical data relay services. At Space Systems Loral (now Maxar Technologies), he led regional sales in the Middle East and later developed SSL’s SmallSat strategy, including the Legion bus. Mr. Moll began his career at NTIA as a satellite policy specialist and later joined PanAmSat, rising to Managing Director of PanAmSat Europe, where he oversaw expansion into multiple global regions. His international work includes consulting for Arabsat in Riyadh and supporting commercial transitions and HDTV initiatives. Mr. Moll holds a bachelor’s in Journalism from Texas State University, a master’s in International Communication from the University of Texas at Austin, and studied French at the Université de Paris – Sorbonne.
